Network Operation Centers (NOCs)
All servers are secured in a world class data center featuring high level security,
climate control, raised flooring, UPS power supply, fire suppression system to guard the
servers as well as multiple redundant fiber-optic connections to major internet backbones such as Sprint, Earthlink,
UUNET, Genuity, Level3, PSI, Digex and AOL and the data center are monitored by both on hand technicians, IP cameras and door
security via hand geometry reader. NOC is also equipped with backup batteries and diesel generators,
Cisco routers and switches, and is staffed 24x7 by qualified system administrators and engineers.
For redundancy, the NOCs currently running BGP4 (Border Gateway Routing Protocol) to maintain the speed
and uptime. If one of the backbone connection line goes down, it will balance the load to the other(s). If one line
gets congested, it will load balance the traffic. This will allowing the network to remain up and functional.
Data Centers
- Data Center 01 [USDC01]
Location: Parsippany, New Jersey, USA.
Connection: Multiple redundant OC3(155Mbps) and Gigabit Ethernet to Sprint, Earthlink, UUNET, Genuity, Level3, PSI, Digex and AOL Time Warner.
- Data Center 02 [USDC02]
Location: Phoenix, Arizona, USA.
Connection: Multi-homed quintuple-redundant line (OC-12 and DS-3) and backbone connections to AT&T, Savvis (UUnet, Sprint, C & W), Global Crossing and Broadwing.
24x7x365 monitoring
The NOCs using an industrial-standard SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) to manage and monitoring
all hardwares, including servers, routers, switches, and UPS systems. All critical services and port (HTTP, FTP,
POP3, SMTP, HTTPS, and SSH/Telnet) are always monitored to ensure maximum availability.
The NOCs also monitor environment factors (such as temperature and humidity on the server area), power, generator
status, and network connectivity 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.
Security
All servers equiped with advanced firewall, encryptions, intrusion detector, and other security measures.
Restricted access to the NOCs is monitored by qualified personnel 24 hours a day, every day. The entire NOCs
is monitored, ensuring prompt response and thorough coverage to fire or security alarms.
Technology
We are using the best technology for web hosting. All hosting packages comes with an easy to use cPanel,
a web based tool which using point and click interface that enable you manage all aspects of your website
easily. All of our hosting packages support Microsoft FrontPage server extensions, CGI-BIN folders, Perl,
PHP4, Phyton, SSI, and more!
Servers
All of our servers are custom tailored. Hardwares coming from top suppliers such as Intel,
AMD, AOpen, Supermicro, IBM, Visipro and Asus. For shared web hosting service, we utilize at least Intel
Pentium 500+ servers that run RedHat Linux 6.2. Depending on the current market, servers will be faster
than Intel Pentium 500's and may running other OS and/or other processor. But we do guarantee at least we
utilize a P500's class servers for shared web hosting. The newest server that we utilize (July 2002) is
Dual Intel Pentium III 1 Ghz with 1 Giga Bytes of RAM that run RedHat Linux 7.3
